Introduction to Mailservicedesk (MSD)
As you may suspect, we are not using Gmail or Hotmail in our company to answer customer inquiries. We are using a professional mail ticketing system, called MailServicedesk. (MSD for short)

In the video below, you will get an introduction to MSD. After the video you will understand the basics of this software and you will be able to work with it.

Once you have finished this lesson, please use the contactform on the right side of this page to request an invitation to our MailServicedesk. HRM will provide you with an invitation, so you can set up your personal account in MSD. (please also keep an eye on your Spam folder)

3) Set up your account with MSD
