Workgroups and Chats
In our Bitrix24 platform, communication is facilitated through the utilization of workgroups and chats. Think of a workgroup as analogous to a physical office room in the real world.
Each workgroup is dedicated to a specific subject. While we have workgroups allocated for each client, there are also internal workgroups designated for discussions related to internal matters.
